Dr Ahran Arnold
Dr Ahran Arnold is a Consultant Cardiologist at Hammersmith Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. Background
Dr Arnold completed his undergraduate medical training at Imperial College London in 2010 with an intercalated BSc in Neuroscience and Mental Health. He has had full GMC registration since 2011 (7088269). He undertook his postgraduate medical training in London from 2010 to 2024 at Central Middlesex, Northwick Park, Chelsea & Westminster, King's College, Royal Brompton, Charing Cross, St Mary's and Hammersmith Hospitals. During this time he attained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) in 2012, he gained accreditation in cardiac devices (ECDS Level 1) in 2019 and he completed his PhD in innovations and mechanisms of pacing for cardiomyopathy at Imperial College London. Alongside his cardiology training he carried out post-doctoral research into the treatment of arrhythmias as an NIHR Clinical Lecturer and was appointed a Senior Lecturer in Cardiology at Imperial College London in 2024. He collaborates with academics globally to deliver innovate research improving our treatments for and understanding of arrhythmias.
